How to Give Yourself a Foot Massage

Ready to show your feet the love they deserve? Here’s a self-given foot massage you can do as often as you want—after a long day standing on your feet, before bed, or right when you wake up. You’ll be left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and so will your feet. 

Trust us, there’s relief in healthy feet. 

Here’s how to give yourself the best foot massage: 

  1. Start by sitting down and applying a small amount of the Calm Lavender-Geranium Body Butter included in our  Big Bundle of Love gift set. You can also use coconut oil. 
  2. Put both thumbs on your heel and wrap your foot with your other fingers. Apply a bit of pressure using your thumbs as you slowly glide up to your toes. Repeat a few times to get your blood flowing—always moving in an upward motion. 
  3. Place one hand behind your foot for support and with your other hand massage each toe from bottom to top. Use your index and middle finger in an upward motion and repeat as many times as you like. 
  4. For your heels, use your knuckles to massage them. Using whatever finger feels more comfortable, set your knuckles in your heel and move them in a circular motion. Play around with pressure and see what feels good to you.
